I am a Gemini Sun, Cancer Moon, Libra Rising, 1/3 Manifesting Generator, mother to 2 epic boys, wife to my sexy hilarious husband, living one street back from the beach while using all my manifestation tools to build a national wellbeing company from scratch, with a robust passionate dose of Alignment Coaching on the side. Oh and i LOVE to travel, and surf, and wander in my veggie garden, and swim in the ocean and hike in nature and connect deeply with my clients and loved ones.
Since I left school many many moons ago I travelled + studied + travelled + studied....all the things. In every offering I facilitate I draw from my studies in Yoga, Body work, natropathy, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, NLP, Hypnosis, EFT and my 20 years of holding space for women. When you sit with me, you are in safe + experienced hands.
